Griffin on re-signing with the Nets: “Kind of left the season with a bad taste in our mouths”

Blake Griffin is returning to the Brooklyn Nets. After a disappointing exit to the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, Griffin is running it back with Brooklyn and knows that there is some unfinished business.

“This was a situation I was comfortable in,” says Griffin. “Going to make more money, or going to a new spot for maybe a bigger role wasn’t really a thing. It’s a thing where I know this situation. I know what I can do with this team. I know my role with this team and you know, we kind of left the season with a bad taste in our mouths.”
