Rosario after walk-off hit to win Game 2: “We all have a dream to make it to the World Series”
Ozzie Albies and Eddie Rosario reflected on their Game 2 win against the Dodgers as they now have a 2-0 lead in the NLCS.
“It’s huge. It’s very important to me. It’s unbelievable for the team,” says Rosario of being in the NLCS with a lead. “This is something that we all have. A dream and a desire to get to the World Series. To me, it’s especially large and that’s what we’re going for.”
Albies touched on the arrival of Rosario, Joc Pederson, and more who arrived via trade a couple of months back and mentions the impact that it’s had on the team.
“We saw a difference right away. The team clicks more, and we started playing better ball games. That’s one of the main reasons we are here today.”
