General Manager of the Sixers Bryan Colangelo is under fire after an article on The Ringer exposes his alleged fake Twitter accounts.

After an article by The Ringer was published, Bryan Colangelo was put on the hot seat. According to the article, the general manager had five fake Twitter accounts where he would criticize his own players (especially Joel Embiid and Markelle Fultz), defend himself, talk in a negative way about former general manager Sam Hinkie and even released sensitive medical information about former Sixer Jahlil Okafor, which is a violation of the Health Insurance Portability and  Accountability Act (HIPPA).

Colangelo denies the accusations and says “someone is out to get me.” The ESPN shows that reacted to the news had similar takes: disbelief, shock, stunned and confusion.

Embiid let the wold know that Colangelo personally called him and said the accusations are false. The all-star center said he’s “gotta believe him until proven otherwise.”

If this turns out to be true, anyone in their right mind can tell that the Sixers will be out of the running for the LeBron James sweepstakes after the NBA Finals if they do not fire him.
