Kevin Durant and CJ McCollum Online Beef
NBA champion Kevin Durant and Trail Blazer CJ McCollum beef on Twitter.
On CJ McCollum’s podcast, Kevin Durant and the Trail Blazer guard talked Blazers, Warriors and what it means to be a winner. On the podcast, they discussed what it means to be a winner and it lead to Durant dissing the Portland Trail Blazer team.
“You know you guys aren’t going to win a championship,” Durant said to McCollum.
The insult left a scar and McCollum expressed his thoughts after Barstool’s Big Cat posed a question to McCollum via Twitter, calling his move to the Golden State Warriors “soft.”
I still think the b word is harsh and shouldn’t be used. . He know that decision was soft but I respect it. It’s like getting jumped with ur brothers by a gang you should’ve beat then joining the gang that jumped u and ur brothers 2 months later & forgetting about your bros https://t.co/BFGqQy1lwR

The two-time NBA champion replied to the Portland guard about his analogy, which he felt did not apply to his situation at all. Then he said ended the tweet by saying “snakes in the grass, boy, I tell ya.”
So,I would get into a gang fight, lose, plot on my brother for 2 months in our home and then go get the gang we lost to and beat him up? U think that low of me CJ? I just did your fuckin podcast. Snakes in the grass boy I tell ya ?

Durant continued on Twitter to talk to critics about others telling him how to reply to criticism; McCollum silenced any talk about the feud going any further.
During the podcast, McCollum said “I was hot” about the DeMarcus Cousins going to the Warriors and Durant said “why are mad about this stuff?”
“Bro, I’m in the league,” said McCollum. “What do you mean, ‘Why am I mad about this stuff?’ I’m in the Western Conference. I’ve got to play you M.F.-ers all the time anyway as it is, over and over again. We’ve gotten eliminated by you guys a few times in the first round, so I’m looking at [Cousins].”
