The Indiana Pacers have agreed to trade Caris LeVert and a 2022 second-round pick via Miami to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Ricky Rubio, a lottery-protected 2022 first-round pick, a 2022 second-round pick via Houston, and a 2027 second-round pick via Utah. Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle spoke on the trade and mentioned his respect and admiration for LeVert.
