Vice President Joe Biden talked to Syracuse players following the Orange’s loss to North Carolina in the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament. Biden praised the team’s effort throughout a special season and has a specific compliment for Trevor Cooney that took the V.P. all the way back to his playing days in middle school and high school.
