Scottie Phillips SEC debut was one of the books

The SEC offensive player of the week had an impressive first game this season, leaving much to look forward to.

Phillips ran for 204 yards with two TDs. Those yards were the most by a Rebel running back making his debut. His two touchdowns were impressive 65 and 39 yard runs.

Its easy to play on an offense with so many weapons. Phillips loves the Rebel receivers especially. He says “they spread everything out. It gives me a lot more running room and makes my job a whole lot easier.”

With Phillips on the map now, all eyes will be on him to see if he can continue to be explosive on the field.
