Kyle Lowry on Dirk Nowitzki’s Legacy, His 3-Point Shot & Raptors Win vs. Dallas
Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry recently addressed the media after the Raptors beat the Mavericks on the road.
During the fourth quarter as a team, the Raptors shot 60 percent from the floor with big shots coming in crucial moments in the final quarter down the stretch. It took a lot of patience, communication and poise. “We had to scrap a little bit more and we had to really fight to get that win but once we got the lead back we were able to keep our composure and build on each possession” said Lowry.
Lowry has been trying to get back in shape and he expressed that he has to keep working to do that. His shot (three-point) will come with that as long as he keeps working and continues to be aggressive.
Dirk Nowitzki has not announced that this will be his final season but Fanatics View thought to ask Lowry about his thoughts on the future Hall of Famer.
“I got to hang with him in Africa a couple of years ago and he is a great guy. One of the best competitors out there and a great humanitarian about some of the things he does off the court. His achievements on the court speak for itself. He is a first ballot Hall of Famer and MVP. All that is self-said, he is an amazing man,” said Lowry
