Deontay Wilder assures that he will put out Dominic Breazeale for good.

Deontay Wilder (40-0-1, 39 KOs) is certain that Dominic Breazeale (20-1, 18KOs) will be overmatched at the sound of the first bell on Saturday. The WBC heavyweight champion looks to put an end to Breazeale’s night, and retain the title with ease in his ninth defense.

“He don’t belong in the ring with me,” said Wilder. “He don’t belong in the ring with no elite athlete. When he got in the ring with one athlete, he got knocked out. And he’s gonna do the same on Saturday night, get knocked out.”

Breazeale was stopped in his first championship fight against unified champion Anthony Joshua when they met in June 2016. He has won three fights since then, all by knockout as he gets his second shot at another title.

Though Wilder once again stated that he has the intention of ending Breazeale’s life, not just simply his night.

“I’m gonna get him outta here, and it’s gonna be in a dramatic fashion,” said Wilder. “In a fashion that no one has ever seen. His life is on the line for this fight, and I do mean his life. Still tryna get a body on my record.”
