UNT cuts down the net after taking home the CBI Championship

The University of North Texas won their first postseason title in school history after defeating the San Diego Dons 88-77 in game 3 of the College Basketball Invitational Finals. The Mean Green basketball team struggled through injury and inconsistency during the regular season, but found their identity and put it all together in their first postseason appearance since 2010.
