Kidd on Doncic and Porzingis: “They’re connected”

Dallas Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd, center Boban Marjanovic, and guard Carlik Jones reflected on the Mavericks 111-101 preseason win against the Utah Jazz.

“I thought the guys did a great job today,” begins Kidd. “Energy. Effort. Gameplan. Utah is normally a bit bigger than that. But it was actually kind of cool that we showed that we can guard the smalls. We haven’t worked on any of our switch attack offense and in the half, we still put up 61. It was good. A lot of great stuff.”
