Los Angeles secured a crucial win at home, holding the series at a 2-1 lead for the Jazz. Leonard and Paul George both totaled over 30 points, leading to a blow out win at home.
Following the game, Leonard spoke on dominant chemistry between him and Paul George leading to blowout.
“It think we’re just playing the flow of the game”, he told media. “If Paul has it going, it’s gonna go to him. If I have it going, it’s gonna come to me. But if anybody else on the team has it going, we’re gonna try to give it to them as well.”
“It’s still evolving”, Leonard added on court dominance with PG. “Our chemistry is still growing.”
“That’s all it is”, Leonard said on making shots to win games. “My job is to stay aggressive. There’s no magic to it.”
Leonard also expressed the improvement following a rough game 2 loss.
“Just our effort. Being more physical, boxing out, getting more rebounds, being more detailed to the gameplan. The biggest thing is that we made shots tonight, was getting open looks.”
