Dallas Mavericks Public Service Announcer Sean Heath sits down with Fanatics View’s Taylor Jones for an exclusive interview and believes Kristaps Porzingis is on the verge of a breakout season.
“I don’t think Kris’s issues were entirely physical. I think the reason he may have had some of the doubts or lack of confidence was because he wasn’t able to get out there and do what mentally he knows what he can do. He knows what he’s capable of. People forget last year was the best offensive year across the board in Kristaps Porzingis’ entire NBA career. Offensively, the best year of his career. Defensively? That’s mental. That’s confidence in his knee. That’s confidence in the system.”
