De’Aaron Fox on Luka Doncic, Dwyane Wade Retiring, One-Done Rule, Mavs Core & Sacramento Changes
Recently we spoke to De’Aaron about the G- League “Select Contracts,” and if they were an option after his senior year in high school, would Fox have still opted to go to Kentucky or entered the G-League? Fox shared with us that he would of still went to college because it is still an experience he said. Now, he did say if they took the one and done rule a way and you have to stay in college for three years, then he said he would opted to go the G-League route.
Fox thinks it is a good option because some kids do not want to go to college and the G-League give them an alternative to reach their ultimate goal of entering the NBA.
The Sacramento Kings are really jellying this season and really surprisingly the rest of the league, Fox attributed it to the way they play as a team. They have been able to get up and down the floor and their coach has allowed them to play their game at their own pace.
