IBF welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. says more fights are soon to come.

Errol Spence says he will fight again this year, seeing as he did not take any damage in the title defense against 22-year-old Carlos Ocampo.

He said you can expect a unification fight with Danny Garcia and Shawn Porter sometime next year. Garcia is a former world champion in two different weight classes. Shawn Porter has held the belt that Spence Jr. currently possesses from 2013-2014. Both are opponents who would put up a more competitive fight than Ocampo was able to.

Spence Jr. added Keith Thurman to the mix. Thurman is a former unified welterweight champion and a former World Boxing Council (WBC) champion.

Spence Jr. added that this is a fight that would not be hard to put together because both parties work with similar management.

“It is an easy fight to make,” the IBF welterweight champion said.
