Tom Herman’s success has come from one key aspect of his coaching, getting his guys to buy in. When he took over at the University of Houston anyone watching a Cougar game could tell that each player on the field believed in what they were doing. Now at Texas he seems to be doing the same. Breckyn Hager is one of those guys that is bought in. Herman gave him high praise saying that Hager is his dude and that he loves how much he cares about the University of Texas.

Herman further explained that he believes that more players are bought in to him and his program this year. If that is the case Texas could be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.
