IBF welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. talks about improvement with Jermell Charlo.

Errol Spence Jr. has changed up his sparring competition for the better. He has been sparring with light middleweight champion Jermell Charlo.

They say Iron sharpens Iron and that definitely applies to the Spence Jr.- Charlo dynamic as Spence Jr. has only gotten better since then. The welterweight champ said the sparing is different because “he doesn’t want to be second to me.”

Spence Jr. added that it has allowed him to “take it to another level.”
