Fanatics View got a chance to speak with Astros slugger George Springer.

Springer was asked regarding his goals for the 2nd half of the 2019 season.

“Just to be consistent, and for us to keep doing what we’ve been doing”, he told Fanatics View. “I know the guys in here want to win the division, and we’ll see what happens.”

In addition, Springer spoke on the Rangers improvements and the expanding rivalry between the two clubs.

“It’s fun, they’re a good team that’s been playing good baseball all year. For us to have to play them 15 or 20 times a year, it makes it fun. They’re a really good team, and so are we”, he finished.
