Following a strong Team USA performance, Williams got the call to the majors and began his career with an incredible moment. As his family and friends watched from the stands, Williams launched a 2-out walk-off homer in spectacular fashion in Philadelphia.

“I don’t know if I’ll have words to describe that moment”, Williams said following his story-book walk-off. “That was pretty incredible. I’m still trying to figure it all out.”

Williams went on to give thanks to his family and friends who helped the young star to his surreal moment.

“It wasn’t just me who got here. I had a lot of people that help me out – family, friends, coaches…” “Just thinking about everything my parents have done for me, it’s pretty awesome”, he finished.

“It just adds to this whole journey”, Williams said on getting to this moment. “Definitely hasn’t been the easiest journey, but this is pretty awesome.”
