Korver on the Greek Freak: “He’s got a lot of people who care about him here in the Bucks who want him to be a great shooter”

Who better to help the Greek Freak with his three-point woes than one of the greatest shooters of all time. Kyle Korver was signed to a one-year deal by the Bucks this offseason and has spent some time with Giannis Antetokounmpo on fixing his three-point shot.

“I’ve just been really impressed with his work ethic, but also his openness to learning. To maybe trying something different.”

“I think he’s on a great track,” says Korver.

Korver is also very impressed with the young core of the Dallas Mavericks. “They’re really interesting. They got good young pieces. When guys are still young, it’s still a bit of an unknown. I think there’s a ton of excitement around this team, and there should be.”

Korver also goes into his thoughts about Carmelo Anthony and Jamal Crawford being unsigned.

“Maybe they’re not what they were 10-20 years ago, but they’re really good basketball players and they certainly would be out there scoring baskets.”
