Paul George on Luka Doncic: “It’s going to be scary when he fully figures it out”

Los Angeles Clippers star Paul Geroge believes Luka Doncic is going to become even more of a dominant player than he already is. Doncic just doesn’t know it yet.

“He’s doing it, but he doesn’t know what he’s doing,” says George. “He’s still a baby. He’s got so much that he’s going to grow. He’s really going to figure it out and he’s already doing amazing right now. It’s going to be scary when he fully figures it out and he starts to really hit his prime.”

George also touched base on fellow all-star teammate Kawhi Leonard and the development of their on-court chemistry. They’ve played only four games together this year, but George does see improvement in one area.

“I think our defense. I think our defense is really where it is. I think offensively, we’re still figuring it out. We’re still a work in progress. But I think defensively is where each game, we’re getting better and better. Not even from just me and him, but from the team overall. We’re like doing stuff instinctively now. We’re not even thinking. It’s just happening.”
