Deontay Wilder talks about Dominic Breazeale waiting to face him and hopes that he’ll be ready to fight.

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (40-0,39 KOs) is set to defend his title against Tyson Fury (27-0,19 KOs) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Dec 1st. While Wilder still has to get through Fury first, heavyweight contender Dominic Breazeale (19-1,17 KOs) has been waiting for a shot against Wilder.

“Yea I bet, like they all is,” said Wilder. “Stiverne was anxiously waiting to steal one, and look what happened.”

Wilder was referring to former heavyweight champion Bermane Stiverne wanting a shot at taking his title back, after Wilder defeated him for the title in January 2015. Wilder went on to knock out Stiverne in the first round of the rematch in November 2017.

“It’ll come. S–t, f–k it; it’s coming,” said Wilder. “I hope they’ll be ready when it’s time. All that talk man, you know all these guys just wanna talk. I ain’t all about that talk, cause at some point you gotta show action. And when it’s time to show action, will yo action be as loud as yo f—–g talk? And that’s what I’m all about, because when it’s time to fight me; I ain’t play no games.”

Breazeale is currently ranked fourth by the WBC in the heavyweight division, and holds stoppages over Eric Molina and Izu Ugonoh in his last two fights. Winning his next fight against Carlos Negron (20-1,16 KOs) on Dec. 22nd can help him get closer to that shot.

“I ain’t about the talk,” said Wilder. “I ain’t about the talk at all and everybody get they time to show action.”
