LSU quarterback Joe Burrow gives his thoughts on the win and fans.

With LSU’s third win against a top ten team this nation, and it being one of the more dominate one, Joe Burrows says that it was team win all around.

The offense had one of it more productive weeks against a powerhouse, the Georgia Bulldogs. One of the differences within the offense was the faster tempo. Burrow said ” I don’t think Georgia was really ready for that. ”

Well, it showed because, as the Burrow stated in the interview, the Tigers’ offense found themselves in very favorable, manageable situations on each down. The LSU quarterback described it as instrumental to winning the game.

“That was really the key of the game,” Burrow said. “We didn’t behind the sticks at all.”

The up-tempo offense was something the fans cheered for repeadtly, as the team made many trips to the end zone. Burrow said it was the loudest stadium he played in his entire career. After the win, many LSU students and fans rushed the field. The junior quarterback transfer said he “didn’t expect” the fans to be on the field at the conclusion of the football game.

When he was surrounded by screaming fans, he said he probably took around “70,000 selfies or as many students on the field.”
