LSU linebacker Devin White on playing last opponent of the season.

After the LSU Tigers dominated Rice 42-10 at Tiger Stadium, Devin White was ready to talk about the Tigers’ next opponent, the Texas A&M Aggies.

White said I am “ready”  and “fired up” to play them because he has friends on the Aggies’ team and there has been some friendly trash talking happening. This will be the last regular game of the regular season for the Tigers, which could potentially put them at ten wins.

The star linebacker said that they could make a “statement” in this game and that is true. This win could place them in a New Years Six game as they sit currently in the eight position in the College Football Playoff rankings. Nonetheless, it would have to be a win with dominance. It cannot be anything like what happened in Arkansas a week ago.

Unfortunately for the Tigers, the Aggies will not be as easy to manhandle. This is an SEC opponent that has nothing to lose if they lose, so expecting the unexpected is something they are going to have to look for.  They are also coached by an established coach, Jimbo Fisher; also, they are only slightly outside of the top 25 rankings, sitting exactly 33 votes away from No. 25.

Expect the LSU Tigers win this game, but there will probably be some drama in this game.
