Penn State running back Saquon Barkley burned opposing defenses in 2017 with his explosive first step and elusive cuts. Over 1900 yards and 18 touchdowns later, Barkley secured his place as the top prospect in the 2018 Draft.

Though few expected the former Nittany Lion to go first overall, many scouts saw Barkley as a can’t miss prospect and franchise cornerstone. While the Cleveland Browns passed on the talented runner with the first pick, it wasn’t long before he came off the board as the New York Giants selected him with the very next selection.
