Thurman Thomas has an interesting point of view on T.O. skipping HOF induction.

Buffalo Bills Legend Thurman Thomas speaks on Terrell Owens’ decision to skip the Pro Football Hall of Fame. T.O. has always been at the center of controversy. Even after his playing career is over, it seems that hasn’t changed. However, many current Hall of Famers has been asked to give their opinion on the matter. Although the consensus on the matter is that his choice is a disappointment, the Hall of Famers agrees that it is his decision to make.

Thurman Thomas in this interview makes a great point about the whole situation. Every Hall of Famer wants and believes he is a first ballot guy. Nevertheless, Thomas goes on to say that even if you make it in on your second or third year, it is important to enjoy the moment. You only get elected into the Hall of Fame once.
