Price reacted to a dominant Montreal peformance, shutting out the Jets in game 2.

“We’re just playing well on both sides of the puck. I think we’re just kind of making smart decisions and backing eachother all over the ice.”

In addition, Price spoke on the intense pressure in final minutes of the game protecting the net.

“They put the pressure on. Obviously they’re playing desperate hockey at the end, and they’re just funneling pucks towards the net. Like I said, it’s just battle, complete in front, and some of them just hit you.”

Finishing the interview, Price praised Ben Chiarot’s all around effort in Canadiens big game 2 win.

“He’s playing some quality minutes for us, and he’s playing like a first pairing d-man. He’s just a solid man out there and moving the puck well out there. Composed with it, and he lays the boom down too”, he finished.
