Alabama center Ross Pierschbacher talks his teams new coaching staff.

Because the Crimson Tide has been so dominate over almost the last decade, there has been a love of turn over from the coaching staff. To put it in better perspective, only two coaches have been part of Alabama’s coaching with their five national championships: head coach Nick Saban, of course, and running back coach Burton Burns.

Despite the high coach turnover each year, Alabama remains the top dog in one of the more difficult divisions in college football. Ross Pierschbacher said even though there is new coaches each year, Saban’s system has proved it self to be reliable, regardless of who is coaching it.

“You are going to get a lot of turnover, but I think that his system has proven, coach Saban’s, and he not going to change up from it,” Pierschbacher said.
