Trae Young talks Luka Doncic’s Game, 2018 NBA Draft, Kyler Murray & Oklahoma Sooners
The Atlanta Hawks and rookie of the year candidate Trae Young were recently in town to face the Dallas Mavericks for the second and final time this season. A game that saw both Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks and Trae Young each scored 24 points apiece. The Mavericks would go on to win 114-107 at home.
Before the game our Founder Taylor Jones had the opportunity to speak with Hawks rookie Trae Young about a number of different topics including fellow rookie Luka Doncic’s game, the NBA 2018 draft, Kyler Murray & Oklahoma Sooners.
Trae had this to say: “This whole draft class is very good, Luka is a part of that really great draft class. It is really cool to come out with a guy that is a good person and player. He has done a lot of great things already for the Mavericks, and he will continue to do great things for this franchise. I am just happy to come out the same year and hopefully this draft class will be remember for a very long time. “
Young also shared his thoughts on fellow Sooner Kyler Murray taking home the Heisman Trophy after a 12-1 season. Young is excited about the Sooners playoff game against Alabama he will be keeping his eyes on the score updates since the Hawks have a game that day.
