UFC heavyweight and light heavyweight champion Daniel Comier is terrified of birds.

Daniel Comier is one of the most dominating and successful UFC fighters to ever play the violent sport. He recently became of one of two UFC fighters (Conor McGregor) to hold two belts simultaneously, which is unprecedented in his weight classes, so it came as a shook when he told Conan O’ Brien on his TV show that he has a fear of birds.

The fear stems from a summer, while attending a summer class, at Oklahoma State University. As he was riding his bike to class, Comier said “I had an afro and these two birds came off a power line and they were like nesting my hair.”

The former all-american wrestler described the birds that tried to nest in his hair as “fearless.” Ever since that day the UFC champion has been terrified of birds. Well, if you ever want to beat the UFC champion, just do as Conan would do: bring birds to the fight.
