With 130-103 loss on Wednesday, Reggie Jackson and the Clippers said goodbye to a spot in the NBA finals.

Following the disappointing loss, Jackson spoke to media holding back tears as he reflected on a special season.

“My 10th year is my best year – the most challenging year, the most fun year. Still finding my way into this locker room. First thing I told those guys is thank you for saving me. I appreciate every guy in that locker room.’

Jackson gave his appreciation for Los Angeles as well as the Clippers for giving him the opportunity to be apart of a special 2021 season.

“I’m thankful for everything I’ve experienced being in here. The city making me feel at home. This organization welcoming me. My quirks, my strengths, my weaknesses. I’m not here today without this team. I’m not still playing without this team…”
