Luka Doncic: “Some People Are Going to Count Us Out, We’re Not Out”

The Dallas Mavericks are the team with the most upside entering the playoff hunt. A duo of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis is scary enough. Add in role players like Boban Marjanovic, Seth Curry, Maxi Kleber, and more, they are surely the sleeper team to bet on. Do they have the potential to give the LA Clippers a run for their money?

“We’re a great team. We always got chances, no matter what,” says Luka Doncic.

Doncic also touched on his improvement on defense while playing in the bubble.

“I had time off, you know. It was like I had a whole new pre-season to get ready. I was rested, but I feel better too. So, I think my defense is better.”
