The Miami Heat looked defeated after game one of their first-round playoff series against the Philadelphia 76ers. All-Star point guard Goran Dragic couldn’t get a shot to fall, franchise center Hassan Whiteside couldn’t take advantage of an absent Joel Embiid, and the Heat couldn’t stop first-year sensation, Ben Simmons.
As poorly as game one panned out, game two felt like a lost cause before it ever started. Miami would need a heroic performance to even the series, and South Beach basketball legend Dwyane Wade stepped up and delivered.
