Rozier talked about the 2020-2021 season and overcoming hardships during the pandemic.

“This season right here is for the books for sure”, he said. “Obviously with just all the things going on in our country, obviously with covid and stuff. Waking up every morning, gettin’ tested, tested a couple times a day. It’s kinda draining, but I mean like I said, we gotta be healthy – that’s the most important thing. It’s kind of draining but like I said we got the best job in the world, there ain’t no complaining. We put on them jerseys night in and night out. We’re professionals – we gotta figure it out”, he finished.

In addition, Rozier spoke on teammate LaMelo Ball’s up-bringing into stardom with the Hornets.

“He’s special, we got a star in the making”, he said. “I would just tell people to enjoy it. You ain’t gonna really see too many people like him. Special talent, special person, great person, so he deserves everything that’s coming his way. I tell people to just enjoy it because you ain’t gonna see too many guys like this, ever”, he finished.
