Phoenix Suns’ Chris Paul spoke to media following win vs. Dallas Mavericks.

Paul spoke on the Suns’ great performance taking home the win. “Man we just executed, on both ends – offensively and defensively. It was nice to put it together and show we’re capable of doing it. We made some timely plays and some big shots. Mikal was amazing defensively all night long, but we won this game because of that second unit in the 3rd quarter. Langston Galloway and that crew, they really did this for us”, he finished.

“We’re getting there, its getting fine man”, Paul said on teammate DeAndre Ayton’s improvements on the court. “These things take time, and it’s a trust factor. I’m still turning it over a few times trying to get it inside to him. We’re getting there and we gonna keep working on it.”

“He’s in full control of that”, Paul said on Ayton’s skill ceiling as an NBA athlete. “He’ll be the first to tell you he’s not a traditional big. The way he can run the court, move his feet, shoot the ball – he’s athletic. It’s great to see it coming together for him right now”, Paul finished.
