Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic spoke to media following loss to Mavericks.

Jokic voiced his frustration on taking the loss against Dallas.

“Not focusing”, he told media. “I mean the shots they were making, some of them were tough, but most of them were shots they usually got. We were not putting any pressure on them, especially in that third quarter when they had the lead. They were just making plays and it was so easy for them… It was a rough game. They are a really good team and they always play good against us… We need to learn from this game, and on to the next one”, he finished.

In addition, Jokic spoke on the offensive performance by the Mavericks.

“Kristaps had a really good night. He made 5 threes. Some of them were deep, some of them were oepn shots. That’s his game, we needed as a team to be better. As a primary defender, I needed to do a better job. It’s not Kristaps, it’s not Luka, everybody had impact in the game”, he finished.
