Fanatics View got to chat with Chicago Bulls rookie Coby White on his first NBA season and facing Luka Doncic.

In his first match-up against rookie sensation Luka Doncic, Coby White was more than impressed. “He cold, he good. He’s as good as advertised, that’s all I’m gonna say”, White told Fanatics View.

White also talked about his first season in the NBA, and some adjustments he’s made. “It’s been good – I’m living out the dream. It’s been up and down – not as good as I wanted it to be obviously. I’ve got to be more consistent, but it’s a blessing to be here. I’m still learning, and got a lot more to learn, and I’m just being humbled by everything.”

White also had a lot to say about his home-town in Illinois. “Every-time I step on the court, I’m representing Goldsboro, North Carolina. I love my city, I love where I come from – It made me who I am. I’m representing them on and off the court – I just want to make my city proud”.

In addition, White spoke on the support from Chicago, and his new team. “They embraced me with open arms – they’re really excited to have me, and believe in me. All i can do is to go out there and give them 100% every night.”
