The Rockets improved to 30-18 by defeating the visiting Mavericks 128-121 at the Toyota Center in Houston.

In a game where the Rockets continued to execute “small ball” and barrage of 3-point shots, two things we’re very notable, the first being that Houston became the first NBA team to play an entire game without a player listed taller than 6-foot-6 since 1963 (the 1963 New York Knicks) and the second being that James Harden and Luka Doncic did not have the opportunity to face in each other in this marquee Texas match-up.

But that didn’t stop James Harden’s high praise for the young Mavs phenom. When asked about Luka post-game, James said Doncic is “Unbelievable” and has “many All-Stars to come”.
