Mavericks’ Luka Doncic spoke to media following win against the Atlanta Hawks.

Dallas snapped a 6 game losing streak on Wednesday after defeating Atlanta 122 to 116.

“It wasn’t perfect”, Luka said. “We got a win – that’s all that matters to me. We were so happy after the game, it’s been a tough stretch. It always feel good to win a game.”

Luka also spoke on his routine between losses to get back to winning.

“My routine in the practices. Nothing special, just trying to have fun and enjoy the game – that’s my key”.

“I feel great about this team”, Luka said on moving forward with the Mavs. “We just got a couple guys coming back now. They’re still trying to get back into shape after covid. We’ll be okay, it’s just a tough stretch. We just need to stay positive and enjoy the basketball”, he finished.

In addition, Luka discussed coming together as a team to win games in the future.

“When we play good, we play good defensively. I think today we did a great job as a whole team defensively. That’s what is gonna get us going and that’s what we have to do every game”, he finished.
