Warriors Small-Forward Kevin Durant talks about how the Warriors defense was able to hold Lou Williams to a 3-21 shooting night after, as he went off for 50 points against the Clippers.

Kevin Durant said it was a great effort by Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala to make sure that Lou Williams felt their presence when he was attempting to shoot the ball.

Most experts predicted the Golden State Warriors to sweep the Los Angeles Clippers, but the Clippers shocked many and push the two-time defending champions to six games. Kevin Durant was asked about them when they were projected to lose the first four games.

The Warriors next opponent is a familiar foe in James Harden and the Rockets. Kevin Durant was asked about guarding the crafty Harden and how to minimize the fouls “I think more than the free throws that’s not his whole game because he can do everything.  If you are not focused he can drive past you. hit you the shoulder because he is strong and finish with either hand. He is also shooting floaters now and obviously, the stepback three-pointer is one of his staples, but I never really believe he was just a free throw guy. He can score in a variety of ways, so we have to be locked in from the beginning. You can’t fully stop a guy like that you can only hope to contain him”
