Luka Doncic becoming one of T-Mac’s favorite players: “It feels amazing”

Luka Doncic continues to take the league by storm and is making some new fans along the way.

After the Dallas Mavericks’ 143-101 win against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Doncic chimed in on becoming one of Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady’s favorite players to watch.

“It feels amazing. Especially from him. I watched a lot of his clips, you know. He was an unbelievable player and I really appreciate what he said.”

The Mavs will now take on the Houston Rockets next, who are led by the new star duo of Russell Westbrook and James Harden.

“They’re amazing players,” says Doncic. We have to take care defensively on them, you know. If they get going, it’s hard to stop them. We just have to do a great job on both of them.”

On Dirk Nowitzki sitting courtside during games, Doncic says “It’s always special to have him there to watch us, and obviously, he’s going to come more.”
