Trevor Story spoke to media following Rockies 2-4 loss against Dodgers.

The Rockies haven’t had the start they wanted in the 2021 season, falling behind to last place in the NL West.

“We haven’t played the way we want to for sure, just as a team”, Story told media. “It’s a matter of executing our plan and we haven’t been doing that.”

Colorado had bases loaded in the 5th, but could only come away with 1 after Story’s single.

“It truly felt like the momentum was coming our way. Had some good at bats there by the bottom of the lineup. It was one of the innings where you could feel the momentum shift a little bit. We just couldn’t get anything going after that”, he finished.

Story also spoke on the team’s struggles and getting momentum going forward in the season.

“This road trip hasn’t been great and we don’t have the results that we want. We just gotta get the proccess going a little better and execute”, he finished.
