Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert spoke to media following loss to Clippers.

Gobert spoke on the ability for the Clippers to come out and play hard against him and the team.

“It’s a very good team”, he said. “They came out rested, they came out ready. It felt like a playoff game. The intensity, the tough shots that they were making all night. It was a great opportunity for us to just keep getting better.”

In addition, Gobert spoke on the Jazz team effort and the powerful Clippers offense.

“Get hits, get physical, and get the ball. Obviously when Kawhi [Leonard], Paul George, posting up and we get cross matched, the other guys just go and crash. We gotta find a way to communicate better and just box out and get those rebounds. I think that was the key tonight. We made a lot of tough shots, and contested midrange. Some nights you’re gonna make make, make less, but if we get those rebounds, we win this game.”
